Don't make me do the same routine for 3 hours. In case you didn't know, i've been training for the past 4 hours already.
Don't try to push me like you used to. In case you didn't know, you're pushing me pass my limits.
If i've been doing the same routine for more than 20 times, i've passed my limits.
If i'm so tired i find it impossible to stand let alone do ANOTHER routine, i've passed my limits.
If my shoulder hurts even though i just did an ultrasound during physio yesterday, i've passed my limits.
If i'm crying in pain cause i've got my gastric again, i've freaking passed my limits.
And i pretend everything is alright just to make you feel better.
